Need help with strange formation

Hi everyone,
New here and my first post so please be gentle.
I am playing the final of league cup tomorrow and my opponent have this unusual formation. I hope someone can help.

He is playing

So far I'm countering him with 3-1-4-2 with a mc with blue arrow to stop his second amc with the rest of the midfielders with red arrows.

Also keep in mind that he is level 8 and I'm level 7 although it's my 1st season completely undefeated and and I am playing th CL final day after tomorrow.

Any help will be much appreciated.
