What to do against weird form of 3-1-1-3-2

So I have a important match against one of the strongest players in the legeau and I wanna maintain my first place position. Could anyone tell me what tactic would be nice to play against this formation

You need to play four at the back for sure, and use the flanks against his narrow triangle in the middle!, I would try a 4-4-2 or 4-1-3-2(DL,DC,DC,DR,DMC,ML,MC,MR,ST,ST) or 4-5-1, or 4-3-2-1(DL,DC,DC,DR,ML,MC,MR,AML,AMR,ST.

So would 4 5 1 V work against this formation or is flat or 2 ST better ?

I had good results using 413W2 against that formation.

That was one of my suggestions so id go for this then.
