Deeper approach of top 11, for both beginners and high lvl player "including arrows"

I m a 35t player.not even having token farming facility
season 5.level-5. avg team quality-38.3
the two strikers dat I m using-one is 5* quality-40.he is doing pretty good
but the othe other striker is 3* one on one scorer,quality-33-but he hasn't performed well yet
but I have an amc who is 5*,quality-40,23 years old in reserve
shud I replace this 3* striker with this amc.
den the new formation wud luk weird sumwat lyk this

shud I switch over to this dis formation,den plz suggest the orders and arrows for this new formation.my defense is quite strong and my aml and amr score most of the goals
I generally find my mc being prone to counterattack.so please suggest a solution
