About LinkBacksI want to put my AMR to MR, he has been getting me alot of points but the next team I play I need a better formation to beat him so if I put him at MR where he doesn't have that position listed, what exactly happens? Will it make a big difference?

You can play him there but you will get penalised on some of your ball possetion.

Only 1 or 2 players out of position, nothing happens.
I had a ML/AML playing at left MC a entire season and he was my top scorer that season.

Yes it doesn't matter, I often play a MR as an AMR or as an MC, vice versa, you should try it !
I find that some players don't mind at all playing a spot off from where they normally do.
I have a DR that gets better ratings as a D, and an ST that likes to play AML.
