Problem with 4-3-3

Hello everyone !

I'm CriimBow, a new player of top eleven. I have an average player 23.1, I provided the screen of my team :

I think I will go 4-5-1V. I can win against teams my level in the Champions League, and cup. Whereas in league against the weaker teams (17-18 of value) I take 3-0 and I dont understand how there can be much difference.

Play normal not attacking there will be a huge difference ( just my opinion guys dont shout at me)
