how to beat 3w-4-1-2?

my next opponent`s tactic is 3w-4-1-2, i didnt played agaist such tactic for long time and dont remember how to counter it. Please give me some hints how to counter it?

3-1-4-2, 4-1-2-1-2ND will be suitable to counter it! 3-1-4-2 normal, mixed focus, mixed passing, 4-1-2-1-2 through middle, mixed pasing. Good luck
