[HELP] How to Beat 3-3-1-1-2

Hi,

I need your help to beat 3-3-1-1-2 formation, my opponent plays:

---DML--DMC--DMR-----------
------DC-DC-DC--------------

I've never seen this formation and I'm kinda unsure how to play against him.
My team is slightly better (45.1 vs 41.1)
I normally play 4-4-2 or 4-1-4-1 and 4-3-3

4-1-4-1 should work well against him. Put red arrows on your ML and MR. Attack down the flanks. Good luck!
