well to start the formation is illegal because there are only 2 defender positions occupied, so you will have 80% possession right there. You can use whole pitch pressing to prevent much danger from the 3 strikers. If you want lots of goals you could use a 4-3-3

What he means is you can put someone out of position for one match and it wont be that bad. So if you put you can have 2 strikers and the third is the best attacking player besides your strikers
