How to Win Against Any Formation?

Hi. Need some help to beat a token drugged team in the CL final. He's using a 4-3-1-2 with wide midfielders.

Thx for reply, but I didn't ask for help against 4-1-3-2. I asked for 4-3-1-2.
Same tactics applies there, or is there some better?
