Help me to win this 4-3N-3

You need to drop Pavel then move Stevic(MC) across to the middle, now put your A.Ulla upfront with your other ST!, swap your goal keeper for your scout keeper!, you are now playing 4-1-3W-2 formation.
Play red arrows on the DMC all midfield and strikers.
Play attacking, Mixed focus passing,press own half, hard tackling, mixed passing style with the option to switch to flanks if needed, zonal marking, play offsides.

Thanks. But I have a problem.
This is my squad
Now my friend switches his formation to 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond
I had to play against this formation many times in this season,and I used 4-5-1 V-style,but it usually didn't work.
This is the match in the 1/8 of CL,my team with 4-5-1 V style played against 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond.

As you can see,my AML played really bad.
And I didn't understand, in the 1st Leg, both me and the opponent used the same formation with the 2nd Leg, but the results were different so far (I won 3-0 in the 1st Leg)
So can you give me some advise to play against this formation.
And one more question, tomorrow, before the match with my friend in the SF of CL, I have to play with another team in the League using 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond, but I can't use my DMC (he gave the 2nd yellow card this morning). Which formation I can use to play against 4-1-2-1-2 ND, without DMC ?
