How to beat 3-1-1-2w-3 NEED HELP!!!

Hi guys, my next opponent is playing 3-1-1-2w-3, I've never come across this formation before, any ideas? Plz help

I would suggest using butterfly then to attack the exposed flanks, red arrows on all flank players, use passing down both flanks, and use full pitch pressing

Thanks RJSlow, one more question. Im playing just now in the league which happens to be a friend. His playing 4-1-3w-1-1, have you yet come across this formation, if so please advise me?

3w-5-2 v style, attack down both flanks, red arrows on flank players, blue on DC and DMC. own half pressing. if he is better then you use force counter attacks and defensive mentality. If your the same or better use normal mentality, no force counter attacks
