I tried 4-5-1v lost 2-0 what arrow should I use?

4-5-1 v style would usually be what I use. Did you attack down both flanks and use full pitch pressing? otherwise you could try 3-5-2 v style

Should I put blue arrows on dl,dc,dr,dmr and red arrows on amr,aml

for 4-5-1 v style put red arrows on DR/L and AMR/L, blue on DCs and DMC, for 3n-5-2 v style blue on center DC and DMC, red on AML/R

I think 4-3N-2W-1 BETTER WORK . Attacking, mixed pass, whole pitch, normal tack, focus mixed, man-on-man. no conters no offside
