Playing against 3W-2N-2N-1-2

Anyone play against 3W(dl--dc--dr)-2N(dml-dml)-2N(mc-mc)-1(amc)-2(st-st)?
He has been winning the league with this, with low star players.
Any ideas?

if its 2 dmc then attack the flanks, 4-5-1 v style, red arrows on flank players

5 = ?

5= 1 dmc, 2 mc, 2w amr/aml.

5 = DMC, MC-MC, AML------AMR.
and when you click on the player in the formation screen they will get arrows, keep on clicking them for red or blue arrows

I have a good aml, but no amr on my team. Is it worth moving a good st to amr (so he is out of place)? I can probably buy a amr, bit he will be at least 3-4 levels under the st i can move
