How to play against 3-1-4-2

Hi guys got a home game later on, his playing 3-1-4-2, but instead of 3n his playing 2n with a dr.
So looks like this:

Dr---DC---DC
----DMC----
Mr--MC--MC--Ml
---ST---ST---

Any ideas?

It is ONLY a guide I say this as I play 3w-1-4-2 lol and can beat eny formation going! but that is down to the strengh of my team and having a very good understanding off when and what changes to do when required!!!, I am not trying to boast I am trying to point out that you need to pick a formation and stick to it!, you will win and lose and learn from your mistakes!, once you are confident in managing one formation then start to study others and not before! or you will struggle trying to get a consistent team.
