What players do you have?, he is using width so you really need to counter with width aswell so standard 4-4-2 or 4-4-3 if you want to reall attack!, you can also be more alround by playing 3w-1-4-2 or 4-1-3w-2. All of these will match his 4-3-2-1!, it is going to come down to quality of the teams and if there close then orders and arrows will be key!.
