What players do you have?, he is using width so you really need to counter with width aswell so standard 4-4-2 or 4-4-3 if you want to reall attack!, you can also be more alround by playing 3w-1-4-2 or 4-1-3w-2. All of these will match his 4-3-2-1!, it is going to come down to quality of the teams and if there close then orders and arrows will be key!.

4-5-1 V style would be my first choice, red arrows on flank players. Force counters as he doesnt have a DMC so take advantage of that, own half pressing with hard tackling.

Hi bro, you have a great chance to win that team and it looks ok, I would only change one player! swap your AMC FOR DMC to play 3w-1-4-2 to start, this way you being a little bit more defencive, you can if you wish switch them back after half time to add a more attacking threat!, your team is much more balanced as he has a weakness on his right flank so you are going to exploit it and heres how!.

Orders, ATTACKING, focus passing MIXED, close down OWN HALF, tackling HARD, passing style MIXED, marking ZONAL.
Arrows. REDS on DMC, ML,MC,MC,MR,ST ,ST. ...No arrows anywhere else!.
