If possible I'd like you to explain the reason of the reds on the aml, amr and specially on the striker.

I don't see any reason why you can't play a motivated 4-5-1 V-style. Red arrows just make them play more attacking, so on an AML/AMR it makes them play more like a striker. On a striker it makes them play further into the other team's half. I tend to only use reds if I'm trying to play a formation I can't without putting players out of position, and using them is the closest thing I can get, or on strikers and wingers when I have a tough opponent or am losing.
