I need advice on 4-3-1-2 formation.

I'm currently playing a 4-3-1-2 formation because one of my MCs is out for 5 days. This is my exact formation:
ST ST
AMC
ML MC MR

DL DC DC DR

Any advice on how to play these 5 days out? I've lost two important matches today because I don't know how to play this formation, and for the next 5 days I can't change it, otherwise I'd just have a scattered nonsense formation.
