Important match coming up in two days!

Really like too know your guys suggestion how to counter this formation! I don't know how the hell to call it

He has a very defensive team i guys, but he also scores a lot of goals! I've been watching almost all his game by so far!
Look at the goals he consiquer

I only need advice from managers with experience. You guys think i would make a chance with my current formation? And what orders?

Aiyo, Bro..very easy to handle that formation...
    Pls try 4-4-1-1 ..it will never let you down....I played 100 times I won 100 times...try that,bro
last season..I won all in league/CL/CUP games when faced that formation...I only lost 1 game in CUP Final facing hexagon...unfortunately..that match i could win as well if I were more calm....

I can't see the formation - might be a problem with the forum, or my computer.

I'd go either 4-5-1 V no arrows or 4-1-4-1 with arrows on ML and MR. These orders: Mixed passing, down both flanks, own half pressing, normal or hard tackling, zonal marking. If you play attacking mentality then counter off, if defensive then counter on, and you may want hard tackling with that. I'd probably go defensive because he's slightly better quality than your team, but it won't make much difference when the gap is so small.

    Menatlity: Attacking/Hard Attacking
    Focus Passing: Through the middle
    Pressing: Whole pitch
    Tackling: Normal/Hard
    Passing Style: Short
