I play that formation aswell as 3w-1-4-2, so I know how strong it is, but I will say this,from my own experience 4-4-2 flat does well against it!, cant tell you the best orders as Im used to being on the other end of it!.

What do people mean by 4-4-2 flat?

Yeah 4-4-2 flat looks like this below - ignore arrows. Although I add red arrows on DR & L for 4-4-2 HC (Highland Charge) >.<
