    5-1-3-1 My opinion is you can play with 2 Red on MC (MC*-mc-MC*) and 1 red on your ST. Without more "arrows".
    Try it....
    One more good tactic for you, is 5-1-2-2. Red on 2 MC and 2 ST. You will have 6 players to check back, and 4 to have a passing game for goal...
