I have very good players but I'm very inconsistent, last match I lost 1-0 but before that, I beat a better team 5-0.... What are the weaknesses to this formation and what should I improve?

and me i want the best orders for this if he has amc i will change my amc with dmc.i'm playing from the middle,normal,own half,normal tacklin,mixed passes,zone,counter attack yes.I will try today (he is playing 4-4-2 classic).i will start with red arrows central dc and amc and blue arrows for the others 2 dc's.i think is very good tactick
