you should attack hard , i think 3 st , 2 amr/aml , 1mc , 1dmc , 3 dc .. should work here

if you have good strikers replace one of the strikers with a defense player
attack the flanks ,, he put 1 player in each wing

yes 3 strikers is the way here, this person is trying to be too defencive so use that to his disadvantage and attack, 4-3w-3 or 3w-4-3.

attacking, mixed focus, own half pressing, hard or normal tackling, mixed style, zonal, play offsides, force counter attacks.
Red arrows on ML,MC,MR & all strikers.
