Help me beat this confusing formation

I had a draw against him , a leveled player to me .
    I'm just confused either he's playing 4-3-3 or 3-4-3 .
Help me , I got to win this season's cup :'(

Treat it as 4-3(shifted)-3, i would say attack his left (your right) flank

When you choose to pass down one flank - does left/right mean their left/right flank or yours? I've always assumed it meant yours, but I'm not sure, and it could make a difference in a few cases each season.
