How to beat him

Can anybody tell me what tactic should i use against him?

This looks like the X-Mas tree (4-3W-2AMC-1), only difference being the DMC.

According to the counter formations table, the 3W-2-3N-1-1 Eiffel Tower or 4-5-1 flat should be played. I'm not really sure though since I haven't played against this.

4-5-1 flat , 4-1DMC-4-1 , or any defensive formation you can use based on your current team .
If the opponent have faster attackers than your defend , press on your own half don't play offside trap .
If you have faster defenders than his attackers , press on whole pitch and play offside trap .

If you want to play-it-safe , use mentality of defensive/hard defending with force-counter attack .
For passing focus you should really (i strongly recommended) mixed .
