Need Suggestions!!

I have the 2nd leg of cup tomorrow. First leg ended in 3-3 draw. My team is Q 25.6 and my opponent is Q 30.6(both lvl3).
He has 4 scout players and i have none. He used 4 1 2 1 2 narrow diamond in the last match. Please suggest a good formation and orders.

I played with 4 3 2(AML/AMR) 1 in the last game and was leading 3-1 at 75min. I could not watch my match and so was not able to make changes. Do you think 4 5 1V would be better?
