anything is possible, and it could work with the right orders, but I feel you are too exposed in your backline. I would suggest 4-5-1 v style, which works quite well against 4-3n-1-2

Yes you can, any formation can beat any formation, Ive used that formation to great success for the last 9 seasons!, but you have to take into account the quality of your team and your opponents, orders, arrows, watching games etc, if you wish to play that formation read my guide on " How to play 3-1-4-2.

My quality team is 93.0
His quality 86-87 :S

what orders did you use. 4-5-1 v style does not work for everyone. You should try Skidz formation, he has a lot of guides on how to use it
