That's not 3-5-2 V style like your title says - that's 3W-4-1-2. 3W-5-2 V-style is:

DR--DC--DL
----DMC---
--MC-MC--
AMR---AML
--ST-ST--

But to beat 3W-4-1-2 you want 4-1-2-1-2 ND (ND stands for Narrow Diamond):

DR-DC-DC-DL
----DMC----
--MC--MC--
----AMC----
---ST-ST---

Mixed passing through the middle, attacking mentality, zonal marking, pressing can be either own half or whole pitch, normal or hard tackling, and no counter or offside.
