How to beat 3-4-3 ????

i dont have any idea how to counter this formation.

Then just play your DR in DC position that's A LOT better than having illegal formation.

Yeah, having 1 player out of position changes almost nothing. Especially if the position is close to his original position like DR --> DC is totally fine.
