    Playing against 4-3-3

I play 4-4-2 but when the other team plays 4-3-3 the 3 ST look better covered with 3 DC's If I put 3 dc but only one DL or DR it looks unbalanced does that matter?

    Thanks.

Is it 4-3N-3 or 4-3W-3? If 4-3W-3 just play 4-4-2 and you should be fine passing through the middle, defensive mentality - with 3 strikers he is playing a very attacking formation, half pitch pressing, mixed length passing, zonal marking, and normal or hard tackling. Also have counter on. If 4-3N-3 use 4-1-4-1 (4-1DMC-4-1ST) and same orders apart from change passing to down the flanks.

I'm just saying what I would play. And no, I'd leave the DMC without arrows.

i used a 4-1-4-1 vs a 4-3N-3 who has slightly higher rating than me. defensive, through flanks, own half, normal tackling, long pass, zonal, counterattack on, offside off. won 3-1. red arrows on my ml,mr and 1 mc and st.
