Cup final against a beast team.

Hi, I am having the cup final against a really strong team who have used many formations the past few games. It will be a though one to beat but I will give a 100% for the win. I will provide you guys with all the information about my team and his that is needed. I followed his matches closely and I found a few weaknesses.

First of all this are our teams:

His team: Recoba makes the assists and takes the corners while Harrington scores. Chivu seems to be his stopper.

Comparison:

He started the cup using 4-4-1-1 but later he started using other formations including a few counter formations. I will show you the formations he has been using:




He beated a 38Q team while he was only 33Q level 4 vs level 6




His weakness where I talked about is that he doesn't change his formation while the match is hold. I believe he doesnt change orders during the match and in this way he is not flexible. He didn't even change his injured players. So with 3 fresh players I could make a differance. Also I am thinking about tricking him into a counter formation I will counter. Since he doesnt change his formation while playing I will start with a very weak and easy formation to be counter than when the match begun or 3 minuts before the match I change it against the counter formation of his currect team.

Do you guys have any tips or hints in beating this guy? What is his weakness formationwise? How should I play? Do I need to invest in a 39Q player in a particulair postion to be able to beat him or should my currect formation in a counter formation be good enough?
