How to beat strange 3-1-2-2-2?

Hey guys, I've got a match tommorow against a fairly odd formation. It's a bit strange but it seems to be working for him as hes in seconds place in the league, 2 points behind me so i really want to win to make my lead bigger
Overall my team is 2 points better (54.4 vs 52.2) than his but im playing away.
