How the hell am i supposed to beat this???

Yeah, as you can see he's using a 4-3-3 formation, and he has 22 4*/5* players. My players are quite decent as well, but i haven't spent my paycheck on Tokens so i got a problem. My team can play ANY formation, so please give me at least 2-3 formation choices (with Orders and arrows if possible). I had a rough start this season because i wasn't home and i couldn't play, so now i'm trying to get back into the top 5 (at least). I really need a Draw / Win, but i don't really think it's possible versus this guy. Any help appreciated.

I really didn't find sense in using the 4-1-4-1 formation, because why would i put 2 defenders in the middle ( when he has 3 mega strong attackers ) and 2 fullbacks (When he doesn't have wings/wide midfielders). Plus, i don't really find sense in the DMC aswell,because he doesn't use attacking midfielders,and i prefer having more MCs. I decided to try out my own formation and i think it went really well ( considering his team is like 5 ratings higher and my 5* MC had a red card for SPITTING ON SOMEONE. )

At normal the 4-1-4-1 is a good formation to beat 4-3-3. Dmc must have blue arrow. If you are weaker its good to play this formation with defensive mode and counterattacks. The 4-3-3 is a strong atacking formation so this is a good choice.
If you are stronger you can try it with 3n-1-3w-1-2. I like to play the dandelion against weaker teams playing 4-3-3.
