How to counter 3N-1-2-3-1Vstyle

How do I counter this

On average my team is better.
I was thinking to go 4-1- 2 -1- 2 narrow diamond just a bit confused on where to put my arrows and where to attack.
I was thinking I use normal attack-both flanks-own half-normal-mixed-zonal.
No counter no offside.
I would put red arrows on my DL and DR and blue arrow on my 2 DC ( he will use counter attack so if I loose the ball my defenders can't get back on time) and red arrows on my strikers.

What do you think ? Any suggestions with tactics please

4-5-1 v style is a good counter against this. Narrow diamond is not, even if you try to go down both flanks. Use both flanks with 4-5-1 v style

defensive or normal, passing down both flanks, mixed passing, half pitch, pressure, normal tackling, zonal marking, no force or offside trap. Red arrows on AML/R and ST, Blue arrows on DMC and DCs. If you want more flank punch use red arrows on DR and DL
