To be on the safe side watch your matches to get a possession boost. Put it to attacking, not hard attacking.

i use one formation. i think you should do the same. Use the formation that you use the most because your players are more used to that formation

Dunno the orders for 4-5-1V but for 3N-1-4-2 it's attacking, whole pitch, hard tackling, zonal marking, off counterattacks.
