I Cant Believe I draw against this guy. I have better players, possesions. In First Half I used 4-1-4-1, In 2nd Half I used 4-1-3-2 and we drawed.

3w-1dmc-mc mc-aml amr-st st flanks,normal short passes counter attack i think will work(red arrows aml amr) or
3n-1dmc-ml mc mc mr-amc-st middle,normal,short passes,counter attack(red arrows dmc amc)
