I had played 3-4-3 sometimes with these orders. Normal or attacking. If you think your opp will play with counterattacks try normal. Fullpitch, short pass, hard tackling, down flanks with red arrows on ml/mr and 2 outsidestriker. May be a blue arrow for middle dc. Offside.
