Best tactic orders and arows for 4-1-4-1 and 4-4-1-1 ???

4-1-4-1 for me is my best formation thus far. Orders: Normal mentality, down the flanks, own half pressing, normal tackling ( hard if you dont have that much yellow cards ), Short passing especially when facing a DMC, zonal marking. Red arrows on ML/R & DMC. 2nd half remove red arrow from DMC and put on DL/R. Counter on, no offside.
