Let's discuss about the formation (3 - 4 (DML,DMR) - 1(AMC) - 2)

A solid formation with 3 men defense which however can come under real pressure against a team using 4 at the back and pushing their fullbacks on to support their wingers. Two wingbacks in the 3-4-1-2 comes under heavy pressure and the rest of the midfield must reshuffle to support otherwise things go wrong.

What are the weakness of this formation and What are the strong points? Please comment.
