Need help for my formation 4-1-2-1-2 wide diamond ??

I have strong team to play 4-1-2-1-2 wide daimond, but my team dont play good, even with opponents with low quality
Maybe my tactic orders and arrows is not the best.
TACTIC: defensive, pass mixed, own half pressing, normal tackling, mixed passing, zonal marking, no counter, no offside.
ANY ADVICE PLS ??? THANKS... I'm level 16.
