What formation to play against 4-1-2-1-2???

I'm playing this guy a cup game in a couple of hours second round. First round we played i dominated him and was winning till 90' min when he scored to level it up for a draw. Here's his team and formation he's playing, any suggestions what formation i should play and what orders????

I suggest a 5-3n-2 even though it is not a counter formation but i never lost against 41212 narrow diamond with this formation. defensive or normal,hard tackling( or normal to avoid injuries) , own half, mixed pass,ZONAL, through the middle, counter attack but no offside. Lastly, put blue arrow on one of your mc (I suggest the middle one)
