Use a 4-1-2-1-2 formation



And even then I lose a few games with it, I would like to know a good formation to play against strong teams. My league has 4+ LV, I am LV 3.

If your going to play a narrow diamond then you need to focus your passing through the middle, you also have no arrows on so I would put reds on the MCs, AMC and STs to give you more threat going forward, play close down own half or man on man against stronger teams.
If you want a new formation then I suggest using flank formations!. 4-4-2 or 4-1-3w-2 if you want to keep a back four intact, if you want to be a bit more adventerous then my 3w-1-4-2 is worth a shot, you already have a DL,DC,DR, DMC,two MCs and two STs so you nearly there!, you even have the option to play 4-3w-1-2 and utilise your AMC if you want to be more attack minded!.
