Advice on Countering Formation 4-1-3-2

Can anyone give me advice on what kind of Formation & Tactics I should use to counter this team? They're scheduled to be my Champions League Semi-Final Opponents and my team have been a little shaky today, so I'm nervous as to whether or not I'll be able to play to my full potential and win. If anyone could provide some Formations & Tactics I can play to boost my chances of winning, I'd be grateful.

It's a 4-5-1 Formation. I have no idea how Arrows work, so I split them by which part of the Field the Player is positioned.
