There are times that I will say to use narrow diamond. But those times are hard to find. 99% of the time 4-5-1 v style is my suggestion

Alternative for 4-5-1V...u can use 4-1-3N-2 as well...or even 4-4-2C
Tactics: Normal/through the middle/whole pitch/hard tackle/long pass/no offside/no counter
