Help with tactic?

Hey guys. Im new here, level 2, and want some tips with tactics. I've tried 4-4-2 in the first season, and it worked well, but i wanted to change it to 3-5-2, as I've seen some guys really playing well with this tactic. So, what would you suggest me to do? This is my team, today:

3w 1 3n 1 2 hard attacking thru the middle mix pass zonal normal tackling force counter..

my suggestion.... go update ur players dude.... young signings 3 star... or better if you spend on tokens.... scout players then hard training them.... treble to be expected ....
