One day you will build your own counters list and not need the above list anymore, but for now use it.

Two advice: Watch Games and see what formations, stars, substitutions are used and when, see if they win or lose, learn!

Three advice: Ask us here, we are the best managers, giving out good advice, a lot of the great ones are here, legendary old timers.

Of course there are SOME that ARE DUM AND some that are STUPID giving advice, but only a few. (they too have a cabinet full of trophies with handles)
