I need some help with arrows and team settings?
My quality is 24, my league rivals has 21,21,22 I lost all 3 games with result(2:1)(I know this small quality difference maybe isn't the factor, but still all 3....). Two are playing 3-5-2 and one is playing 4-4-2.

I thought-3-2-1 with both flanks counters 3-5-2, but am I wrong?

I think he plays defensive with 5 defenders...I think you should use 4-4-2 because is a normal formation,and not 4-3-3 because is an attacking formation,and against 5 defenders doesnt work...

butterfly counter 4-4-2 and 3-5-2...
