Hi guys, I need help on countering this formation

As this is very attack minded you need a back four and some fire power up top to match!, 4-4-2 or 4-1-3-2 would be a good base line!, you can if playing 4-4-2 take of a central midfield player or central defender and go three up front at HT ( you have now switched to either DL,DC in the middle.,DR,ML,ML,MC,MC,MR, ST,ST,ST. or DL,DC,DC,DR, ML,MC in the middle, MR, ST ST,ST.
Orders, attack, close down whole pitch or own half, hard tackling, try passing down both flanks to start then switch to mixed if your struggling!, man on man marking, force counter attacks.
