Counter 4-2(DMC)-1-2(AMC)-1??

Hello, today I play quarter finals in CL, i am level 2... and my opponent is playing this formation:
DR---DC------DC---DL

-----DMC----DMC-----

-----------MC----------

------AMC----AMC-----

-----------ST----------

Is it 3-1-4-1-1 a good choice to counter him... or I should use anything else?
If it is good tell me your opinion about what orders should I use.

Play 4-3-3 if you have good strikers,and play 4-4-2 if you have good midfelders...
Order depends on you,if you want to risk play hard attacking if you wont play just offensive....
