how to beat 4-2-3-1

Need some advice on how to beat 4-2n-3w-1? Havent come across this formation as yet. Any ideas?

If you have a strong dc -3w-5-2 V style if not try 4-5-1 V style

I think best for this is 4-5-1 V style - dmc (↓) amlamr (↑) play defensive if he is better than you , otherwise normal or attacking, own half, zonal, both flanks, mixed passing. (Counterattack on with defensive mentality)

Thanks mate, used 4-5-1v style defensive even though im better in quality. Won 2-0 away.
